RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We hope that all of our customers value and enjoy the products they have purchased from us however, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or is not as expected, we have a defined process to help resolve these situations.
Order Cancellation
We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. Refused packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the order amount and will be deducted from the refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return or exchange an item, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a return mailing address and you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your returned item.
- All products we sell (except resale, clearance items and gift cards) come with a 30-day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt.
- We only accept returns of products that are unused or do not affect re-sale. We will only accept returns in the same condition as when they were shipped.
- When returning an item, please make sure to package the item properly, as refunds may not be issued for items returned to us that were damaged in the mail due to improper packaging.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment or store credit.
Reasons you may want to return a product:
- Quality problems and we send wrong goods
- buyer need to provide pictures or video to explain the problem.
- We will return or exchange the item for free.
- Please allow us 1-7 days processing time for exchange or refund. Our mechanics will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if the problem is a manufacturer's defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.
- If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us first before posting any comments. We will be happy to provide you with the best quality products and services.
- You bought the wrong one or don't like it
- You have the right to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned products must be new and unused with original tags and packaging. Any used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the amount paid for the order.
Shipping Damage
We use FedEx top service shipping company. Please inspect your package when it arrives. Please do not sign for any damaged packages. It is your responsibility to personally sign for and inspect the package before signing for it. If you find a damaged package, please ask the delivery person to file a shipping damage claim immediately. Also, please let us know your shipping damage case number and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
